Tools and Methods in the C3D+ Project

The first component of the C3D+ initiative aims the development of better adapted tools and methods for use in the project’s specific regions, as well as specific guidance or training based upon case studies, lessons learnt and other useful exercises.

This component includes tool development, guidance documents (publications, briefing notes and on-line documentation of lessons learnt), exemplary prototypes and training materials.

Six types of tools and/or methods are developed in the C3D+ initiative:

1. Climate Change Context Framing
2. Stakeholder Analysis
3. Adaptation to Climate Change Decision Screening
4. Climate Change Risk Communication
5. Energy, Poverty and Climate Change Mitigation

And several specific outputs are proposed under each of the tools/methods for adaptation to climate change.
If you want to find out more about the tools and methods that will be developed in the C3D+ initiative, see the document
